Frank Boulben

Frank Boulben has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and media industries. Frank is currently the SVP, Marketing & Products - Verizon Consumer Group at Verizon. Prior to joining Verizon, Frank was the Chief Strategy Officer at Rogers Communications from May 2014 to May 2017. Frank also served on the Board of Friends of Ecole Polytechnique from April 2013 to March 2019, and was the Chief Marketing Officer at BlackBerry from May 2012 to November 2013.

Before joining BlackBerry, Frank was the EVP Strategy, Marketing and Sales at LightSquared from March 2010 to April 2012. Frank also worked at Vodafone as the Global Director Commercial Strategy from March 2007 to March 2010, and at GSMA as the Board Member and Chairman of the Strategy Committee from November 2004 to November 2006. Frank began their career at Orange, where they served as the EVP Brand and Consumer Marketing Orange Group from January 2004 to February 2007.

Frank Boulben has a Bachelor of Science in Maths, Physics, and Economics from École Polytechnique. Frank also has a Master in Network Economics from École des Ponts ParisTech. Frank took preparatory classes for mathematics and physics at Lycée Louis-le-Grand. Finally, they attended Le Likès - Quimper for their education.
