Gareth de Klerk is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in experience management, portfolio optimization, and omnichannel personalization at Verizon since 2007. As Senior Director of Experience Management, Gareth transformed and unified the Consumer "Voice of the Customer" and "Voice of the Employee" programs. Previous roles include leading a $500 million IT capital budget as Director of Portfolio Optimization, executing a significant operating model transformation as Director of Omnichannel Personalization, and overseeing a $50 billion pricing portfolio as Executive Director of Pricing. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Go To Market, where Gareth unified multiple teams within Verizon Wireless, and earlier positions at Nashua Mobile and La Trobe University. Gareth holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems and Marketing from the University of the Witwatersrand.
