Jackie Morris

Jackie Morris is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in IT service management solutions. Currently a ServiceNow Solutions Architect at Verizon since October 2019, Jackie previously held the position of Senior Remedy Developer and ServiceNow Solution Architect at Bed Bath & Beyond from January 2015 to July 2019. Jackie’s career began as a Remedy Trainer/Developer at Alpha Technologies, followed by roles at EasyLink Services as a Remedy Developer, and at OpenText as an ITSM Software Engineer. Jackie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art/Art Studies from Stockton University.
