Joshua Cook is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the telecommunications and food service industries. Currently serving as President of Cold Stone Creamery since April 2016, Joshua prioritizes appreciation for the team's contributions while managing catering services. Concurrently, Joshua has been with Verizon since October 2005, holding roles from Supervisor to Senior Manager of Network Engineering & Operations, where responsibilities included overseeing a $445 million budget and leading a global operations team to achieve substantial cost savings. Joshua also possesses a solid educational background, having earned an MBA from the University of Tampa and a BBA from the University of Phoenix.
