Joyce Hosel

Joyce Hosel is an experienced professional in project management and internal communications, currently serving as Associate Director of Tech Project Management at Verizon since August 2004. Throughout their tenure at Verizon, Joyce has held various roles including Manager of Internal Communications and Training Development, Senior Manager of Learning Technology, Supervisor of Methods and Procedures, and Consultant for Customer Service Projects. Prior to joining Verizon, Joyce worked at Verizon Wireless from April 1997 to February 2004, where roles included Supervisor of Loyalty and Welcome Teams and positions in Credit/Financial Services. Joyce holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Franklin University.
