Joyce Hosel is an experienced professional in project management and internal communications, currently serving as Associate Director of Tech Project Management at Verizon since August 2004. Throughout their tenure at Verizon, Joyce has held various roles including Manager of Internal Communications and Training Development, Senior Manager of Learning Technology, Supervisor of Methods and Procedures, and Consultant for Customer Service Projects.
