Lori Fountain possesses over two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Network Broadband Strategy at Verizon since November 2000, where responsibility lies in shaping the company's nationwide broadband strategy, including initiatives in Fixed Wireless Access and Fiber-to-the-Premises (FTTP). Previously, Lori held various leadership roles within Verizon, including Director of Network Infrastructure Planning, where tasks involved evaluating spectrum opportunities and strategizing deployments, as well as Director of Network Engineering and Operations, and Manager of multiple operational and engineering roles. Prior to joining Verizon, Lori worked at Marconi as a Radio Frequency Project Engineer. Lori earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech College of Engineering between 1991 and 1995.
