Michael Bickel

Michael Bickel is a Senior Vice President with extensive experience in customer service and operations at Verizon Business Group and Verizon Enterprise Solutions. Michael leads teams responsible for designing, implementing, and managing services for business and government customers across various technologies globally. Bickel also provides end-to-end operations for multinational, international, and US Federal government customers, including engineering design, project management, implementation, maintenance, and customer lifecycle management. Michael holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Louisville.
