Nicole Vickers is a seasoned professional in project management and marketing technology with extensive experience in leading communications and digital marketing initiatives at Verizon since July 2018. As a Senior Analyst in Program/Project Management, Nicole excels in overseeing project delivery through technical expertise and strong stakeholder communication, while also enhancing user adoption and process improvements. Prior to this, roles at Acta Wireless and LandWatch involved managing communications for over a billion Verizon customers and delivering innovative marketing solutions. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Bethune-Cookman University.
