Peng Liao

Peng Liao has over 16 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Associate Director of Network Systems at Verizon since June 2009. Previous roles at Verizon include Senior Manager for Technology in both Network Systems and Global Network Management, as well as Principal Engineer and Senior Platform Engineer focusing on VoLTE technologies. Earlier in the career, Liao worked as a Business Analyst at Capgemini from 2007 to 2008, where responsibilities included gathering business requirements and conducting user acceptance testing. Liao holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers University, earned in 2007.
