Roxanne S. Austin is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Austin Investment Advisors, a private investment and consulting firm. She also chairs the U.S. Mid-Market Investment Advisory Committee of EQT Partners.
Ms. Austin also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Move Networks, Inc., an IP-based television delivery service. She served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of DIRECTV, Inc., a digital television entertainment service. Ms. Austin also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hughes Electronics Corporation and as a partner of Deloitte and Touche LLP. Ms. Austin serves as a director of Abbott Laboratories Inc., AbbVie, Inc., CrowdStrike Inc. and Teledyne Technologies, Inc. Ms. Austin has notified Teledyne of her intent to resign from its Board of Directors at the company’s next annual meeting of stockholders currently planned for April, 2021.
Ms. Austin provides the Board with valuable expertise in the areas of audit, finance and strategic planning through her extensive management and operating roles in a range of technology industries. She also brings to the Board significant experience in the area of cyber security and as a director at a diverse group of large public companies.
