Yixiu W. is a seasoned design professional currently serving as the Head of Design - Retail Experience at Verizon since April 2018, following Verizon's acquisition of Moment, where Yixiu held the position of Senior Director. Prior experience includes roles as Design Director, Senior UX Designer, and UX Designer at IIT Institute of Design, along with a brief stint as a Design Researcher at McDonald's. Yixiu started the career as a Design Strategist at Design Incubation Centre, following positions as a Design Sales Consultant at Space Furniture and an Industrial Designer at Lawton & Yeo Design Associates. Academically, Yixiu earned a Master of Design from the Institute of Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design from the National University of Singapore, complemented by an Erasmus program at Delft University of Technology.
