Bob Black

Bob Black has held various executive and directorial positions throughout their career. Bob currently serves as the Chair at Chromacity Ltd since January 2023. Prior to this, they were a Non Executive Director at Verlume starting from October 2021. Bob also held the same position at PowerPhotonic since February 2014. Before that, Bob served as a Non Executive Director and later as the CEO at SeeByte from August 2010 to October 2022. Between 2008 and 2010, they worked as an Executive Consultant in the Oil and Gas division at Capgemini. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President at SAIC from 1993 to 2008 and at Intesa from 1997 to 2003. Bob began their career as a Senior Systems Analyst at Conoco from 1990 to 1993.

Bob Black pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Glasgow between 1981 and 1985. Following this, they obtained their Ph.D. in Particle Physics from The University of Edinburgh, graduating between 1985 and 1988.
