Kristi Briseno has a diverse range of work experience in various HR roles. Kristi currently serves as the VP of Human Resources at Vermeer Great Plains, where they review and recommends improvements to the organization's policies and ensures compliance with employment legislation. Prior to this, Kristi worked as the Human Resources Director at the same company. Kristi has also worked as the Talent Acquisition and Retention Manager at United Warehouse Company, where they assisted senior management in developing objectives and goals and implemented a recruitment program. Kristi has experience as a Human Resources Coordinator at Rainbows United, Inc., where they provided administrative support and oversaw recruitment and hiring processes. Kristi also worked as an HR Recruiter/Business Partner at Wichita Public Schools and held administrative roles at Wichita Area Technical College and Sedgwick County. Additionally, Kristi has experience as a Classified Coordinator/Supervisor at High Plains Journal, where they handled HR responsibilities and supervised teams. Throughout their career, Kristi has demonstrated knowledge of industry trends, employment legislation, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws in managing personnel matters.

Kristi Briseno attended Southern Nazarene University and studied Psychology. Kristi later obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in May 2017. In the same year, they also received the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the HRCI. Prior to these certifications, Kristi Briseno pursued additional studies in Psychology at Western Oklahoma State College. Additionally, they obtained the PI (Predictive Index) Analyst certification in February 2016.
