Stephen Full

Stephen Full is an experienced leader in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management with a robust background in the energy sector. Currently serving as Director of Corporate HSE at Vermilion Energy since March 2024, Stephen previously held the role of Program Manager at Energy Safety Canada and managed significant HSE operations at Suncor from 2004 to 2022, including Director positions across various business units. With an MBA in Environmental Management from Dalhousie University and a BSc in Biology, Stephen has demonstrated expertise in leading diverse teams, managing substantial budgets, and overseeing HSE initiatives across multiple regions, including Canada, Norway, and Libya.
