Alex Vauthey is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in strategy, engineering, and leadership roles. Currently taking a break after the acquisition of Curated by Flip in March 2024, Alex previously served as Chief Strategy Officer and Co-founder of Curated from July 2017 to March 2024, where significant contributions included the development of a comprehensive Gen AI strategy and a co-pilot for experts. Prior to Curated, Alex held the position of VP Engineering at LinkedIn from December 2005 to June 2017, overseeing the growth of engineering teams and product development across various services. Earlier career highlights include serving as Director of Engineering at Application Networks, Senior Consultant at T-Systems, and Software Engineer at NYSE Euronext. Alex holds an MS in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Economics & Computer Science from the University of Hartford.
