Hilary Delross

Hilary DelRoss is an accomplished professional in sustainability and economic development, currently serving as the Sustainability Projects Coordinator for the State of Vermont's Agency of Transportation since March 2016. In this role, Hilary focuses on advancing climate and energy initiatives to reduce carbon emissions within the transportation sector, emphasizing transportation electrification and statewide charging infrastructure. Prior experience includes roles as Communications Director and Senior Economic Development Specialist at the Agency of Commerce and Community Development, where Hilary led marketing efforts and managed significant grant programs. Hilary also owns Launch Loft Coworking, has contributed as a sustainability writer for SAM Magazine, and has held various marketing and coordination roles in other organizations.
