Olga Fitch

Olga Fitch is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in operational management and strategic planning across various sectors. As the Executive Director of the Vermont Cannabis Control Board since February 2023, Olga has directed budget operations, developed long-term strategic plans, and led human resource initiatives. Previously, as Director of Operations at the same agency, Olga focused on enhancing operational efficiencies. While serving as Administrative Director at The Outreach Team, Olga managed a significant increase in staffing needs and oversaw company-wide payroll and HR compliance for over 4000 employees. Olga's experience also includes roles at SunCommon, where responsibilities spanned from managing commercial solar projects to overseeing community solar initiatives, and at Marsicovetere & Levine Law Group, where day-to-day operations and human resources were effectively managed. Olga holds a Master of Arts in Diplomacy with a focus on International Commerce from Norwich University.
