Victoria Arthur is a Hazard Mitigation Specialist at the State of Vermont since March 2025, previously serving as a GIS Analyst and GIS Specialist at T&M Associates from September 2017 to January 2025. At T&M Associates, Victoria contributed to FEMA's Regional Support Center by conducting ordinance compliance reviews and producing quarterly status maps, while also managing various special projects related to floodplain management. Prior to that, Victoria worked as a Mapping Specialist at Michael Baker International, assisting FEMA stakeholders with flood hazard mapping and individual risk assessments.
