C. Justin Sheng

Charles Sheng is currently serving as an Assistant Attorney General at the Vermont Department of Health since December 2021, providing legal counsel on privacy, regulatory compliance, and government contracting. Previously, Charles was an Associate Attorney at Brannen & Loftus, PLLC from September 2016 to November 2021, where representation included civil, trust and estate, and domestic cases across New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts, achieving notable appellate successes. Earlier experience includes serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for the State of Vermont from August 2014 to September 2016, assisting judges with legal research and decision drafting. Charles holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from Amherst College.
