Chelsea Dubie currently serves as the EMS for Children Coordinator and Public Health Analyst/Epidemiologist at the Vermont Department of Health, where responsibilities include overseeing the Emergency Department Surveillance of Nonfatal Suicide-Related Outcomes (ED-SNSRO) grant and managing suicide-related data analysis. In addition to their role as Operations Section Chief during the COVID-19 response, Chelsea has developed a responder safety and health program and created surveillance systems for infectious diseases. Chelsea also holds the position of EMS Chief at Georgia Fire & Rescue and has extensive experience as an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT) at Essex Rescue and Shelburne Rescue. Previous roles include Program Assistant and Project Coordinator at The Robert Larner, M.D. College of Medicine, and Executive Assistant at Hope Works. Chelsea earned a Master of Education in Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Movement Science from the University of Vermont.
