Elizabeth Tobey is a seasoned public health professional with extensive experience in research and data analysis. Currently serving as a Public Health Analyst at the Vermont Department of Health since November 2021, Tobey previously held several roles at the Population Council, including Staff Associate and Graduate Intern, contributing to projects focused on reproductive health and social accountability in family planning. Experience also includes research positions that involved population estimation and data management for various public health initiatives in Nigeria and Ethiopia. Tobey's background in community outreach and client services has been demonstrated through roles at YWCA Alaska and AIDS Project Worcester. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from College of the Holy Cross.
