Ila Broyles

Ila Broyles is a seasoned Research Public Health Analyst at RTI International, where expertise includes measuring quality and cost outcomes for patients with advanced illnesses, as well as managing analysts focused on quality of care in value-based payment models. Ila holds a PhD in Health Policy and Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has a background in health services research, econometrics, and quasi-experimental research design. Previous experience includes roles as a Summer Associate at McKinsey & Company, a Pre-doctoral Fellow at the Institute on Aging, and positions at Avalere Health and the Sheps Center for Health Services Research, where contributions spanned health policy analysis and healthcare reimbursement. Ila’s educational foundation also includes a BA in Human Biology and History from the University of Virginia.
