Jess Buchanan is an experienced communication and training professional currently serving as the Communication and Training Coordinator at Vermont Department of Health since June 2023. Previously, Jess held multiple roles at Polly from April 2016 to December 2022, including Learning Experience Designer, where a major focus was on implementing the Docebo Learning Management System to support over 200 employees, as well as designing extensive eLearning courses for new hires. Additional experience includes training newly hired insurance agents as an Insurance Trainer, succeeding as a Client Advisor in insurance sales, and various customer service roles in the early career. Jess holds a degree from Castleton University and completed coursework at Champlain College.
