Allison Ross

Allison Ross is an experienced Engineering Manager at VEIC, overseeing a team of energy consultants and managing a portfolio of approximately 50 customer projects focused on energy resilience, including thermal storage and microgrid projects. With a background in military infrastructure consulting and expertise in energy storage program development, Allison has successfully executed research and development studies in the energy sector. Prior roles include Operations Manager at Therapy Dogs of Vermont, where Allison enhanced customer relationships and implemented operational improvements, and an Area Manager at Amazon.com, where efficiency and quality initiatives were led. Allison served as a Military Officer in the US Army, commanding a company and exceeding mission readiness requirements. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Environmental Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
