Sarah Leising

Sarah Leising, SPHR, SHRM-CP, serves as a Senior Program Manager for Program Design & Delivery at REI since December 2021, focusing on enhancing the employee journey. As Co-Chair of the Prism Inclusion Network, Leising supports the LGBTQ+ community and allies within the organization. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Program Manager for Program Sustainment and Talent Acquisition Manager at REI, as well as positions at Gap Inc., Warby Parker, Vans, Williams-Sonoma, Urban Outfitters, Old Navy, dELiA*s, and SPoT Coffee. Leising's career is marked by expertise in talent acquisition, program management, and multi-unit leadership across various retail environments. Leising holds a high school diploma from Buffalo Academy of the Sacred Heart and further education from the University at Buffalo.
