Keith Downes

Keith Downes is an accomplished Engineering Manager at VEIC since May 2022, previously serving as Associate Director at Guidehouse following its acquisition of Navigant in October 2019. Keith's expertise in the Energy Efficiency and Demand Side Management (DSM) Practice was further honed during an earlier role as Associate Director at Navigant from May 2011 to October 2019. Prior to this, Keith worked as an Energy Consultant at Vermont Energy Investment Corporation, focusing on statewide energy efficiency services, and as a Technology Development and Manufacturing Process Engineer at IBM, where notable contributions were made in semiconductor technology. Keith's career began as a Combustion Performance Engineer at Foster Wheeler Energy Corporation. Keith holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
