Patrick Reid is an experienced IT professional with a background in system administration, helpdesk support, and IT service management. Currently serving as Manager of Information Technology at VEIC since July 2015, Patrick has previously held roles including IT Service Desk Manager at VEIC and System Administrator Desktop Support at Green Mountain Coffee Roasters from December 2008 to July 2015. Patrick began a career in technology at Chittenden Bank as a Helpdesk Analyst from July 2006 to November 2008. Patrick holds a degree in Information Systems and Business Processes from Clarkson University, completed in 2006.
