Tessa Mellin

Tessa Mellin is a seasoned professional in institutional philanthropy and nonprofit leadership, currently serving as the Foundations Development Manager at VEIC since July 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Associate Director and Assistant Director of Institutional Philanthropy at Action for the Climate Emergency from September 2022 to June 2024. Tessa has held various positions at Elevate | Smart Grants for Powerful Social Change from May 2018 to August 2021, including Director and Senior Grant Writer. Additional experience includes serving as a Program Associate at the Center for Food Safety and as an Assistant Program Coordinator at Project Bread.
