Leslie Black-Plumeau has extensive experience in public policy and community relations, currently serving as the Research & Community Relations Manager at the Vermont Housing Finance Agency since 2004, where previous roles included Policy and Planning Manager and Research and Communications Coordinator. Additionally, Leslie is the President of Black-Plumeau Consulting, LLC, providing public policy research and analysis since March 2003. Prior experience includes a position as a Senior Program Evaluator at the U.S. Government Accountability Office from September 1988 to June 1998. Leslie holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the University at Albany and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Mount Holyoke College.
