Lauren Close

Lauren Close currently serves as the Director of Communications at Vermont Law and Graduate School since January 2020, overseeing both the Marketing and Communications Department as well as the Offices for Alumni Relations and Development. Previously, Lauren held various communications roles at Wake Forest University, including Assistant Director of Strategic Communications for the Department of Athletics and Manager of Alumni Communications. Additionally, Lauren gained experience as a Sports Information Assistant at Berea College and as a Graduate Assistant at Eastern Kentucky University while obtaining a master's degree. Educational qualifications include a bachelor's degree from Syracuse University and a master's degree from Eastern Kentucky University, with ongoing certificate coursework in Front-End Development at the University of Washington.
