Noura Eltabbakh

Noura Eltabbakh is currently serving as an OPR Staff Attorney for the Secretary of State in Vermont since March 2023. Previous experience includes an attorney role at Vermont Legal Aid, Inc. from August 2020 to 2023, where Noura worked to ensure access to justice for low-income individuals. Noura also held a position as an attorney with the Vermont Network Against Domestic and Sexual Violence from August 2017 to 2019, representing survivors of gender violence. Additionally, Noura was an Executive Board Member of SafeArt Inc., contributing to community wellness and social change. Other notable positions include a student clinician with the Center for Agriculture and Food Systems, a fellow with the Albert Schweitzer Fellowship, and a Joan Bauer Domestic Violence Fellow at Vermont Legal Aid. Earlier experience includes yoga instruction, emphasizing trauma-informed practices.
