Jay Hanley has extensive experience in the technology and insurance sectors, having worked at Vermont Mutual Insurance Group since January 1989 in various roles, including Sr. Tech Lead, Database Developer, Sr. Database Analyst, and Sr. Programmer/Analyst. Prior to this, Jay was employed as a Programmer at Harrington's of Vermont from October 1988 to January 1989. Jay holds an Associate's Degree in Data Processing from Champlain College, which was attained between 1985 and 1987, and is a graduate of Rice Memorial High School, completing studies there from 1980 to 1984.
