Lisa Houston

Lisa Houston is an experienced healthcare professional with a robust background in neonatal nursing and education. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Vermont Oxford Network, Lisa previously held dual roles as a Registered Nurse and Advanced Nurse Clinician at Mercy since January 2018. In this capacity, Lisa coordinated clinical education for a large group of NICU nurses and developed various educational programs and tools to enhance patient care. With prior roles as a Clinical Nurse Educator at Swedish and a dedicated nurse at the University of Washington Medical Center, Lisa has consistently contributed to clinical guidelines, interdisciplinary collaboration, and simulation-based education. Lisa holds a Master of Nursing in Education from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Creighton University.
