Bill Kuker

Bill Kuker is a Computing & Information Science Professor at Vermont State University since August 2022, with a focus on course development and instruction in various programming languages, including Java, C++, and Python. Previously, Bill served as Chief Technology Officer and Lead Engineer at TACITLY from September 2022 to November 2024, and held a similar academic role at Castleton University from August 2022 to July 2023. Bill co-founded Martello Technologies and worked as Lead Software Engineer from May 2009 to August 2022, and prior to that, Bill was a Systems Programmer in Infrastructure Engineering at Rochester Institute of Technology from September 2001 to April 2009. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology, obtained in May 2004, and attended The Cambridge School of Weston prior to that.
