Erica (Terault) Machia began their work experience as an Assistant Director of Admissions at Castleton State College in August 2007. Erica then transitioned to the role of Associate Director of Admissions in August 2013 and held this position until August 2022. In July 2022, they joined Vermont State University as the Director of Enrollment Operations.
Erica (Terault) Machia holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Castleton University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Castleton University, completing their studies from 2003 to 2007. In addition, Erica has obtained The Tableau Data Analytics Certificate from University of Vermont Continuing and Distance Education through Pathstream in 2021.
