Ernie Fernandez

Ernesto Fernandez currently serves as the Director of Annual Giving at Kimball Union Academy, overseeing the strategic implementation of the Annual Fund program and related fundraising activities. Prior experience includes serving as the Associate Director and Business Solutions Analyst at Harvard Business School, where responsibilities encompassed designing fundraising processes and managing reporting systems. At the Harvard University Graduate School of Design, Ernesto contributed to data integrity and strategic planning as a Business Process Analyst. Earlier roles at Harvard University included Group Leader in the University Development Office, where Ernesto coordinated training and support for staff, and Planned Giving Assistant, managing regional fundraising events. Additional experience includes involvement in public affairs and strategic planning with organizations such as The Miami Foundation and Action for Boston Community Development. Ernesto holds a Master of Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education, a Master of Divinity from Harvard Divinity School, and a Bachelor of Arts from St. Thomas University.
