Abhilasha Ekka has a diverse work experience starting from 2008. Abhilasha began their career as a trainee at ITC Hotels and then worked as a senior guest service associate at The Zuri Hotels & Resorts in 2010. Abhilasha joined Sobha Ltd. as a guest relation executive in 2011 and later moved on to Le Domaine de l'orangeraie, where they served as the Asst. Guest Relations/Quality control manager from 2012 to 2015. In 2016, they worked as the Front Office Manager/Guest Relations Manager at Sol De Goa - India. From 2017 to 2021, Abhilasha worked as a Business Consultant at Tourism Seychelles. Prior to that, they completed their Intermediate (Arts) with a focus on psychology from Gossner College between 2004 and 2007. Additionally, Abhilasha has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2008 and 2009, they received certificates of industrial training from ITC Hotels. In 2014, they obtained a certification in Customer Service and Engagement Management from Blyss Education in Seychelles. Most recently, in 2022, they completed certifications in Executive Assistant Skills and International and Strategic Human Resource Management from Alison.
