Monica Mantri

Monica Mantri is a Scientist in Assay Technology at Vernalis since July 2021, bringing extensive experience in academic and industrial research. Prior roles include Postdoctoral Scientist at the University of Oxford in the Department of Oncology, and at both the University of Oxford and STORM Therapeutics, focusing on structural studies of human TUTase and X-ray crystallography. Additional experience includes a Postdoctoral Research Assistant position at the University of Oxford, where Monica conducted inhibition studies on Uridylyl Transferases, developing various assay methods. Monica earned a Ph.D. in Chemical Biology from the University of Oxford, an M.Phil. in Biopharmaceutical Sciences from Leiden University, and an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Mumbai.
