Prior to this role, James Kenny was a Detective Lieutenant at the Glastonbury Police Department from July 1985 to May 2006. James Kenny is a graduate of Bryant University, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections, completed in 1985, and attended the FBI National Academy in 2008.
