Agnes Alpuerto

Agnes Alpuerto has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Agnes is currently the Editorial Lead for ASEAN at Vero, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to that, they founded OFWTALKS in 2020 and worked as a Founder and Content Manager. From 2022 to 2023, Agnes worked as the Managing Editor at Vietcetera Media, and prior to that, they held the role of International Editor from 2021 to 2022. Agnes also has experience as a Marketing Executive at Trails of Indochina from 2019 to 2022. Agnes has worked as a Contributing Writer-Editor at Fodor's Travel in 2021 and as a Senior Editor at Khmer Times from 2018 to 2019. In 2017, they worked at Cebu Daily News as an Online Editor, News Correspondent, and Part-time Copy Editor. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as the Deputy Chief Editor at Kampuchea Thmey Daily, and their earliest work experience was as a Segment Producer and Production Assistant at ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation from 2012 to 2014.

Agnes Alpuerto obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication with a focus on Broadcast Journalism from the University of San Jose-Recoletos. Agnes completed this degree between 2008 and 2012.
