Alison Bold

Alison Bold is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as Claims Account Relationship Manager and Claims Team Manager at Vero Insurance New Zealand since April 2009. In these roles, Alison leads a team of 12 in the resolution of Commercial, Farm, and Domestic Property claims, as well as previously leading a support services team of 6 that provided assistance to Business Development Managers. Prior to Vero Insurance, Alison held the position of Senior Claims Consultant at Marsh Christchurch from October 2008 to April 2009, where responsibilities included setting up a claims unit for corporate broker clients and liaising between clients and insurance companies. Alison is also an ANZIIF Senior Associate, having completed studies at Blue Mountain College Tapanui.
