Ryosuke (Rio) Yamawaki is currently a Partner at Verod-Kepple Africa Ventures and General Partner at Kepple Africa Ventures, where Ryosuke (Rio) has backed over 100 African startups. Ryosuke (Rio) also serves as a Startup Advisor at JETRO, a Co-Founder at Crediation, and has previous experience as an Investment Officer at Mitsui & Co., Ltd. Ryosuke holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor's Degree in African Studies from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies.
