Charlotte Batty

Charlotte Batty has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Charlotte started their career in 2016 as an Assistant Manager at The Fragrance Shop before transitioning to a role as a Commercial Recruitment Consultant at Unique Employment Services Ltd in 2017. In 2018, Charlotte joined Mick George Ltd as an Internal Recruiter, where they remained until 2021. Most recently, they have been working at VeroHR, initially as a Talent Acquisition Advisor and currently as a Talent Acquisition Manager since October 2022.

Charlotte Batty attended Nene Park Academy from 2009 to 2014, where they completed their GCSE studies. After that, they enrolled at New College Stamford from 2014 to 2016, where they pursued a Level 3 Diploma in Travel and Tourism.
