Claudia Kennedy, PharmD has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry and academia. Most recently, they worked as a Medical Communications Scientist at Verona Pharma starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Per Diem Clinical Veterinary Pharmacist at North Carolina State University- College of Veterinary Medicine starting in June 2022.
From June 2022 to May 2023, Claudia was a Post PharmD Fellow, Global Medical Affairs at BioCryst Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Claudia gained experience as a Pharmacy Student Intern at North Carolina State University- College of Veterinary Medicine from December 2016 to April 2022.
Claudia also completed internships at Protean® LLC as a Market Access Intern in July 2021, at UNC Health as a Managed Care Pharmacy Intern from July 2019 to August 2021, and at Blue Cross NC as a Managed Care Extern in June 2021.
Claudia Kennedy, PharmD, obtained their Doctor of Pharmacy - PharmD degree from UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy between 2018 and 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Animal Sciences/Business Administration at North Carolina State University from 2014 to 2018.
