Adolfo Rebughini

Adolfo Rebughini has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Adolfo is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Veronafiere, where they are responsible for various areas including CFO and strategic planning, operations, digital and organization, and human capital. Adolfo joined Veronafiere in 2023. Prior to their current role, they held various positions at UniCredit Services, starting from 2007. Some of their notable roles at UniCredit Services include HR Director and People & Culture Group Digital Transformation Lead, Head of HR Management COO Area, SVP, Head of HR Global Financing & Advisory, CIB France and Global Family Office, and Global HR Business Partner Financing & Advisory. Adolfo also worked as an Assistant Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2006 to 2007.

Adolfo Rebughini attended Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from 1999 to 2006, where they pursued a degree in Economics with a focus on the Economics of Financial Institutions and of the Financial Markets. Adolfo then completed their undergraduate degree in Mathematics at Liceo Scientifico Don Gnocchi from 1994 to 1999. In 2018, Adolfo obtained a Strategic Human Resources Leadership Certificate from Cornell University through their eCornell program.
