Katharine Middlebrook

Katharine Middlebrook is a seasoned Senior Technical Writer with extensive experience in documentation across various technology organizations. Currently contracted with Verosint since August 2022, Katharine focuses on product documentation for account fraud detection solutions, leveraging tools like ReadMe and Google Docs. Previously, as Principal Owner of Middlebrook Family, LLC, and through roles at Ping Identity and UnboundID Corp., Katharine successfully managed product transitions and created comprehensive documentation for multiple products. Additional experience includes significant contributions at Virtual Bridges, Topaz Technologies, MOD Systems, Dell EMC, TruLogica Software, and Tonic Software, where Katharine honed skills in DITA structured content, documentation standards, and collaborative writing.
