Nicole Marcaida

Nicole Marcaida has a range of experience in human resources and recruitment. Nicole started their career as a Senior Recruiter at PSG Global Solutions, where they sourced resumes and conducted phone interviews to pre-screen candidates. Nicole then worked as a Technical Recruiter at SYSGEN RPO, where they sourced candidates, conducted phone screen interviews, and extended job offers. Nicole also gained experience as a Project Manager/Resume Writer at Career5, where they proofread and edited resumes and cover letters, formatted resumes for recruiters, and optimized them with keywords. Nicole later joined Idera, Inc. as an HR Business Partner, supporting over 500 employees and managing payroll for Upwork contractors.
