Mike McMillin

Mike McMillin joined Verra Mobility in 2019 as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy. In his role, Mike is tasked with accelerating Verra Mobility’s growth through a combination of strategic partnerships and acquisitions that will diversify and grow the product portfolio and geographic reach. He is responsible for managing all of Verra Mobility’s acquisition and post-merger integration activities. Mike joins Verra Mobility after more than a decade with HERE Technologies – a location technology, services, and platform company - where he most recently led the creation of the company's global mergers and acquisitions function when HERE Technologies was divested from Nokia. His other roles at HERE Technologies included lengthy stints in the operations and product side of the business, creating new business models, and managing strategic initiatives to support product launches and acquisitions.
