Tj Faze

TJ Faze has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2010, they worked as an Account Representative at NewPage Corp., where they successfully managed key account sales and implemented cost-saving measures. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Venture Acceleration Intern at Rev1 Ventures, where they evaluated high-tech business ventures and provided guidance on market validation and business strategy. In 2015, they joined Vertiv and held various roles, including Strategic Planner, Sr. Strategic Planning Manager, and Head of ESG Strategy & Engagement. At Vertiv, they led the development of a comprehensive global ESG framework and delivered the company's first ESG report. Their most recent position is the Director of Strategy & Development at Verra Mobility, where they are responsible for leading strategic partnerships and M&A efforts for the Commercial Service business.

TJ Faze obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Marketing from Miami University in the years 2006 to 2010. Later, from 2013 to 2015, TJ pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Innovation & Sustainability from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. In terms of additional certifications, TJ completed a course on Unconscious Bias offered by LinkedIn in 2021.
