Samuel Gill

Samuel Gill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment and corporate law. Currently serving as an Investor at Natcap and an Independent Expert Member of the VCS Program Advisory Group at Verra, Samuel is also a member of the Expert Panel for Biodiversity Credits at the World Economic Forum. As an Angel Investor at Enzai, Samuel contributes to various funding initiatives. From April 2020 to April 2024, Samuel co-founded and presided over Sylvera, which focuses on establishing credibility in carbon markets. Prior roles include Co-Founder and COO at Baker McKenzie and Corporate Associate specializing in Private Equity Funds. Prior to Baker McKenzie, Samuel was an Investment Funds Associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where initial training included multiple legal domains. Samuel holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Cardiff University and has furthered legal education at BPP Law School and The University of Hong Kong.
